Russian distributor of medical devices and materials is looking for suppliers of endoprosthesis technologies

A Russian company distributes various medical equipment and materials from leading Russian manufacturers. The company is looking for suppliers of endoprosthetic technologies and producers of the knee and hip endoprosthesis from foreign countries to conclude a supply agreement.

The Russian company from the Sverdlovsk region was founded in 2009. The Russian company mainly specializes in the distribution of endoprosthetic joints. Its customers include university hospitals, clinic associations, and specialist hospitals (e.g. dermatological clinics) all over  Russian. The company primarily operates in the Russian hospital market. The customer base includes more than 800 hospitals with more than 2.000 potential customers. The Russian company annually supplies about 100 thousand various endoprosthetic materials throughout Russia. In addition, it cooperates with foreign countries.
Thanks to its own logistics service, the company delivers products within 1 week. The company has various diplomas for the best supplier of medical materials in Russia. All implants and instruments that company supplies are registered and certified in Russia have all the necessary documents and permissions to be used in practical medicine in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The company is looking for partners abroad who can supply replacement technology for the implant and products for concluding a supply agreement. The company seeks to obtain materials from the partner such as knee joints. Endoprostheses should be made of titanium or cobalt-chromium alloy. Polymer parts must be made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. Taken together, the elements should weigh about 400-500 grams. The materials used for the manufacture of prostheses must satisfy the various requirement: it must be biocompatible, must be accurate enough to withstand a load equal to body weight.  Also, the tibial component, which has a universal form without division for the right and left variants with a cylindrical tibia with the omission of the keel. All materials supplied by a foreign partner must be ISO certified and also have safety for use in medicine. The Russian company wants to get the first batch of about 50 kg. further volume and price will be agreed upon after the first cooperation with a partner. the expected result of this agreement, the Russian company will receive innovative and modern medical materials, and for a foreign partner, it is an opportunity to increase the export of its products and increase profits.
