Dutch/Netherlands based international car manufacturer/importer in the automotive industry, is looking for innovative solutions to optimize the potential of test drives. The test drive is a vital customer journey moment, still carried out in the traditional way without any kind of innovation.
The automotive landscape is in rapid disruption, especially the purchase process of the customer, who wants to buy a car. Nowadays, customers are retrieving their information more and more online, without having direct contact and personal intervention with the salesperson of the brand. Where approximately ten years ago a customer physically visited about eight times five or six different car dealers before buying, the customer nowadays visits only one or two brands with a maximum of three till four visits before buying their car. This makes the test drive of extreme importance in relation to the buying process. The company wants a shift from the traditional customer journey to a more innovative way, which is fully in line with the actual customer demands. They want to create more innovation, Unique Selling Points resulting in more awareness, likeability and sales for their brand. The test drive must be the most innovative and impressive experience ever.
