This UK company was established in 2000 and provides B2B high quality telemarketing services. The directors have a wealth of experience in this sector including working with business partners in Europe.
The company provides telemarketing services to businesses in the UK, Europe and worldwide. They offer telemarketing advice, lead-generation and specialise in establishing contact with senior decision makers of large organisations who are typically hard to reach.
They are now looking to grow the business by delivering high volume outbound telemarketing contracts. To do this, they need to partner with established small call-centre providers throughout Europe that they can co-operate with on a long term basis and outsource high volume contracts to. They are offering outsourcing agreements.
The partner should have the ability to manage outbound calls, good technology including call recording, with between 20 – 200 telemarketers who must be fluent in English.
Typically a high volume contract will be for a specific project that would be delivered over a 3 month period and may require sales calls or simply providing information. It would generally require between 5-20 full time telemarketers per project each making between 10-25 call per hour depending on the contract.
